- Use of equipment and
services provided at this location requires your adherence with and affirms
your acceptance of the rules and regulations laid out in this document.
- Always check diskettes and downloaded programs for viruses.
This should be done before use on the Cafe computers. Ask the staff for
instructions on how to virus check diskettes.
- The cafe computers are not to be used for displaying pornography
This also applies to other material on the Net that may be found offensive by
our other customers. Please remember that the cafe is a public space.
- When E-mailing, using IRC, USENET or other Internet services please
follow the common guidelines of
Netiquette.
- The Cyber Café is a social and interactive environment. Normal rules
of social interaction must be in force. The translation of thoughts to the
written, rather than spoken, word and the relative anonymity of the recipients
must not be used as an excuse to communicate in an anti-social manner.
